30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
How to Return
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return address and instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Returns requested after 30 days
